Oh dear god help me. I am laughing so hard I have tears in my eyes. My cat came up to my desk and is now laying half on my keyboard because he thinks I am crying and he is attentive like that. Oh HELP. HE RESPONDED.

Let me get this out of the way: my poor, poor friend has terrible luck on Match.com.

That said, I bring you one of her newest unsuitable suitors.

Meet BirdmanBill.

Wow, he sounds like a great guy, doesn't he?

Here's a series of emails from this sexy hunk of a man, to my friend, regarding a few of her Match.com pictures.

Surely she isn't the only one who gets inundated with fools like this? What the hell?!

Some of these needed a whole lot of work, as in getting rid of giant seams that ran down the middle of the images, creating new, matching parts of the image around a large portion of the edges so that there wouldn't be black bars, drawing in wings and feet that weren't there previously, tedious, manual things of that nature.  Anyway, these images come from Doctor Who Annual 1971, 73, 74 and 75.  They are all 1280x1024 because that is my screen resolution and anything smaller should be resized with no issues in your operating system of choice when you choose to make it a wallpaper, so it seems redundant to make multiple smaller resolution pictures when it's done automatically!  All I ask is that you don't hotlink to them.

Oh, and there's icons in here too.

Perhaps I shouldn't have checked eHarmony the other day because now I got two matches in my mail. I'm being merciful and closing these connections so they don't hang on, thinking I'm interested or anything. Something in one of the profiles struck me funny though:

The last book Karl read and enjoyed:

  • Conversations with God. It's about a conversation with God. It changed my life.

  • Now, I have no idea what this book is... perhaps that is a good thing in this case. I love how he felt the need to explain the title in the way he did. I just finished reading a book called Kitties Are Fluffy. It's about how a kitty is fluffy. It changed my life.

    Edit: http://www.breakthechain.org/exclusives/dobsonwalsch.html

This link sort of made me think well hey... that book can't be ALL bad if Dobson hates it.

Ooh, another link and "indigo" children: http://www.crossroad.to/articles2/05/indigo.htm

Check out their homepage, where it has reasons you shouldn't go see the Harry Potter films. Yay for wacky people!
